The warranty service will be provided by Gfivemobile ( Gfive ) if the Gfive product ( Product ) have fault in material or technology. The warranty service can be applied under the following terms and conditions.
‚óŹThis warranty service only applicable to the purchaser of the Product ( Customer ) who buys the Product or owned in other legal means.
‚óŹThe Customer shall read the user manual before using the Product.
‚óŹWarranty service only can be applied for in the warranty period, non-human damage caused by the Product quality problem. Warranty service will be provided with the invoice and valid warranty card.:
The warranty service shall last for 12 months from the date of original purchase for bare device, 6 months for the accessories like charger, DC converter, data interface card, battery and ear phone; 3 months for ear phone and data cable.
The warranty service is started from the date of invoice. If the last day of warranty period is statutory holiday, the last day of valid period shall be the next day of the holiday. Customer shall apply for the warranty service as soon as possible to avoid out of warranty.
‚óŹIf customer cannot provide the valid invoice and warranty card, the start period will be started from the 90th days after leaves the factory.
‚óŹIf Gfive repairs or replaces the Product, the repaired or replaced Product shall continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original Warranty Period or for three 3 months from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
‚óŹAll the replaced device, component and accessories shall be belongs to when Gfive provide warranty service.
‚óŹBefore returning any unit for service, be sure to back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from the Product. Gfive is not responsible for the damage to or loss of any programs, data or removable storage media.
‚óŹThe following terms and conditions is not included in the warranty service:
The fault or damage caused by non Gfive reason (including but not limited operation and maintenance not according to the User Manual; remove or maintenance by himself or service agencies without Gfive authorized; using the materials without the approval from Gfive; using in non designed way; liquid or food infiltration; using in high temperature or tough environment; squeeze, falling or other personal reason)
Damage caused by customer upgrade the operation system by himself, using 3rd party software or virus.
Natural wear ( including but not limited to casing, display, key, antenna, handwriting pen, accessories and so on ) and the related periodic inspection, maintenance or replacement.
The invoice and warranty card is altered or not match the Product.
The Product serial number, the accessory date code, the IMEI number, water indicator or the warranty seal have been moved, erased, defaced, altered or is illegible.
Power problem caused by battery short circuit, or damage on the casing of battery or obviously man-made damage. And the problem caused by continuously using the damaged the battery.
The fault cased by operator network or other system fault.
The software upgrade caused by operator parameters alteration.
The damage caused by force majeure
‚óŹAfter the warranty period, or the problem not included in warranty service, Gfive or other authorized service center will provide paid repair service.
‚óŹWhen the fault occurred, Customer can take the following actions
Restart the Product; please refer to the user manual for detail operation guide.
Reading the user manual, find the problem and solution.
If the problem persists, please back up the data and remove the memory,
Send the Product the Gfive authorized service center or dealer
Call Gfive hotline to get correct service information
If the problem is caused by invalid service provided by operator (such as SIM card, PIN, SMS, GPRS or other service need network support), Customer shall consult to the network operator firstly.
‚óŹFor the obligation of Gfive warranty service, implicated by this warranty statement or other written document shall be understood as already included in the warranty range and warranty period of this warranty statement.
‚óŹThe agency or authorized service center have no right to admit or bear the obligation out of this warranty statement, no right to abandon any clause in this warranty statement.
‚óŹTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Gfive will not be liable for any profit loss, expected cost loss, data loss or any direct or indirect damage caused by using the Product. According to this statement, if the damage is caused by Gfive or its vender, compensation basis shall be based on the direct loss, and the total amount of compensation shall not higher than the price Customer paid for the Product
